We Did It! VDM Metals Named a Great Place to Work in November 2023, VDM Metals was recognized as a Great Place to Work, making us one of the most attractive employers in North Rhine-Westphalia and the metalworking industry.
Great Place to Work is an international research and consulting institute that supports companies in approximately 60 countries to analyze, develop, and showcase their company and workplace culture. The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey and an audit focused on organizational culture.
